A “game pack”, launcher, APK, or firmware dump is not AnyPS5.
Do not mix a Windows relinker with Linux libraries.
SELF/fSELF files are not inputs. You need a decrypted clean ELF.

Which two files?

Windows: relinker-v0.1.1.exe and prx-windows-v0.1.1.zip. Linux: relinker-v0.1.1 and prx-linux-v0.1.1.tar.gz.

How do I check the hash?

Compare the SHA-256 above with GitHub’s asset digest. PowerShell: Get-FileHash .\relinker-v0.1.1.exe -Algorithm SHA256. Linux: sha256sum relinker-v0.1.1.

Does this download a game?

No. AnyPS5 is a relinker plus host libraries. You must already have a lawfully obtained, decrypted title.
