Windows needs the PE relinker flag, not just an .exe name

Take both files from the same GitHub tag. This is not a launcher and not a game pack.

v0.1.2 · relinker-v0.1.2.exe · prx-windows-v0.1.2.zip

Terminal presentation of the documented Windows and Linux convert commands using relinker-v0.1.2 filenames from USAGE.md.
Convert commands from docs/user/USAGE.md, shown with v0.1.2 filenames. Binary not stored in this repo.
  1. Download a matching pair

    From v0.1.2 take relinker-v0.1.2.exe and prx-windows-v0.1.2.zip. Do not mix Windows and Linux, or mix tags.

    Check SHA-256

  2. Lay out the input

    Clean ELF beside exactly one of sce_module/, sce_modules/, or prx/. SELF/fSELF files are skipped.

    source/
        input.elf
        sce_module/
            <bundled ELF modules>
  3. Convert for this host

    Default output is Linux ELF. Use --windows for PE — an .exe filename is not enough.

    PowerShell

    .\relinker-v0.1.2.exe --windows source\input.elf app.exe

    Add --to-intel on Intel hosts for supported AMD-only instructions. Exit code 2 means conversion failed.

  4. Build the runtime folder

    Runtime folder from USAGE.md: app.exe or app.elf beside libs/ host libraries and app0/ game resources.
    Layout quoted from boykopovar/AnyPS5 docs/user/USAGE.md
    app.exe
    libs/
        *.prx
    app0/
        <app resources>
        sce_module/
            <converted modules>

    Original PS5 libraries in libs/ often fail with error 193. Official archives already include the MinGW DLLs; missing them can surface as error 126.

  5. Launch from a terminal

    .\app.exe
